GOVERNO ENFRENTA DIFICULDADES NO PAGAMENTO DE SALÁRIOS

 

O governo moçambicano está a enfrentar dificuldades financeiras para efetuar o pagamento dos salários dos funcionários públicos. Esta situação pode estar relacionada com a redução de receitas, crises económicas ou outros fatores que limitam a capacidade do Estado em cumprir com as suas obrigações. Até ao momento, apenas 20% dos funcionários receberam os seus vencimentos referentes ao mês de março.

Nos últimos meses, têm-se registado atrasos sucessivos no pagamento de salários na função pública, afetando principalmente os setores da saúde e educação. O governo atribui esta situação a problemas técnicos relacionados com a implementação da Tabela Salarial Única (TSU) e a dificuldades no sistema informático.

The Mozambican government is experiencing financial challenges in disbursing salaries to public servants. This situation may be linked to reduced revenues, economic crises, or other factors limiting the state's capacity to meet its obligations. As of now, only 20% of employees have received their March salaries.

In recent months, there have been successive delays in public sector salary payments, particularly affecting the health and education sectors. The government attributes these delays to technical issues related to the implementation of the Single Salary Table (Tabela Salarial Única - TSU) and challenges within the computer system.
